EddyStation HL | Maintenance Inspection

Portable Eddy Current Flaw Detector

The EddyStation HL is a portable eddy current flaw detector designed for conducting maintenance inspections at bridges and plants. Compact, lightweight, and powered by built-in battery, the detector is ideal for checking for flaws at sites where no power supply equipment is available.
Flaw detection parameter settings and results can be stored on the internal memory of the detector or on a USB flash drive. In addition, a touch pen can be used to write notes on the flaw detection screen. The detector comes with dedicated software that allows the operator to view stored flaw detection results and create reports on a PC.

Main Features

For maximum ease of use

For maximum ease of use

Thanks to the built-in battery, the EddyStation HL can be used at a variety of sites. Its dedicated case comes with a neck strap to prevent the detector from being accidentally dropped.
Also, the detector allows the operator to check for flaw signals by listening for beeps, so the operator can concentrate on performing flaw testing using both hands. Naturally, the detector has an earphone jack that helps the operator hear beeps even in noisy surroundings.

A bright, clear color display

The EddyStation HL includes a color LCD with brightness adjustment, enabling the operator to clearly see the screen, whether in a bright or dark location.

A writable touchscreen

Featuring a touchscreen, the EddyStation HL allows the operator to write comments or remarks directly on the screen. Using dedicated software, the operator can also view stored results and print them with or without notes.
